Definitions
The following definitions and rules of interpretation in these conditions apply in the following terms:
“Order” your instruction to supply any Product or Products;
“Product” all products specified in the Order to be bought by you from us;
“Terms” the terms and conditions specified herein;
and “You/Your” the person making the Order.

Conditions Of Use
PURCHASES MADE FROM THE Ecoïste WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU PURCHASE FROM US YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Payment
All our prices are shown in EURO and must be paid in full, including delivery charges, except where discounts are offered. Ecoïste reserves the right to alter or change any price without any prior notice.

Payment & Security
You can pay online through the secure Pay Pal payment system with a credit or debit card.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All payments are secure and we do not at anytime have access to your card details.

Postage Charges & Delivery Times
We will always endeavor to dispatch orders no later than within 14 working days (Monday-Friday only) from ordering and after cleared payment. After placing an Order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your Order. We will inform you of estimated delivery dates and of any delays that may be incurred. We accept no responsibility for loss resulting from delivery delays.

Worldwide orders
We can ship world wide (apart from USA and Canada) but will not be held responsible for any taxes or duty that may occur.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to Ecoïste within 14 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale. We will then refund the full value of the goods as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at office@ecoiste.eu quoting your order number.

All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Ecoïste do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to Ecoïste within 14 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods.

Ecoïste reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Lost Goods
Please contact Ecoïste if you have not received your order within 21 working days of receipt.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact Ecoïste within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect.

Product Safety Information and Disclaimer
Please carefully read all of the product information given on the label of each product. Ecoïste will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. All representations relating to purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability.

Product Specifications
All of our product images are for illustrative purposes only and should not be assumed to be an actual photograph of the product to be received. Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide further product information and clarification. Whilst every effort is made to accurately describe our products, due to the nature of our products, variations in colour, texture, size and packaging design may occur between batches. The creation process and individual approach towards each model makes it impossible to find two identical Ecoïste products. Each bag, rucksack and even a wallet vary depending on the color of the material and lines they were made of. Also our pockets and fastenings are made of original, recycled products.

Ecoïste reserve the right to change the packaging, appearance or withdraw any products at any time.

Privacy Policy
We promise never to disclose your information to third parties. We will, however, retain your details so that we may contact you concerning your orders or advise you of any deals or promotions that Ecoïste may be running from time to time. If you do not wish to be contacted in this way, please let us know.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

Ecoïste is not liable for the contents of any external internet sites listed, nor does it endorse any commercial product or service mentioned or advised on any of the sites.
